Inside the book

Four systems, one part each

Each part is a complete system on its own, in six chapters. Read the one you need first.

Money

A one-page ledger and everything that follows from it: the order to pay debts, a reserve sized to your household, cash in the house, hard assets, and more than one bank.

Part One, six chapters

Food and Water

Three storage horizons of 30 days, 90 days, and a year; what actually keeps and for how long; a rotation you’ll keep; and water: how much, in what, and how to make more of it safe.

Part Two, six chapters

Privacy

An inventory of every account you hold, then passwords, messaging, the phone in your pocket, the data brokers that publish your address, and your family’s footprint at school and online.

Part Three, six chapters

Readiness

The first seventy-two hours on one page, the power out, a medical kit built for what actually happens, a documents folder in two copies, radios when the network is down, and the vehicle.

Part Two, chapter 2

What actually stores, and for how long

Do this now
  1. Move any food out of the garage, the attic, or the cabinet beside the stove. Put it where the thermometer from chapter one reads coolest.
  2. Find every oil, nut, whole grain flour, and bag of brown rice in the house. Write today’s date on each with a marker and put the oldest at the front.
  3. Buy one sealed, long-term container of a 30-year food, a #10 can or a foil pouch of white rice, oats, or beans, and put it in the storage spot. That is the first unit of the one-year horizon.

How it is made

Every number is checked. Every source is named.

Every figure in the book is tied to a public source that is named at the end of the chapter. Where a figure could not be confirmed, the book says so rather than guessing.

  • Federal agencies: CDC, USDA, FDA, FDIC, NIST, FCC, FTC, FEMA
  • State extension services: Utah State, Oregon State, Mississippi State, North Dakota State, and others
  • Standards bodies and the organizations that own a figure
  • No predictions and no outcome claims. The book describes systems.

Shelf life is not a mystery, and it is not printed on the package. It follows from a handful of facts about the food and about the room it sits in.

Questions

Before you buy

What do I get?

The book as a PDF and an EPUB, delivered by Whop as soon as checkout completes. Complete adds eight printable worksheets. Standing Order adds a private Telegram group and each quarterly update as it is released.

Which edition should I choose?

Household if money and food are the concern. Complete if you want all four systems and the worksheets. Foundation is the money system alone. Every edition is a whole book; nothing is split across them, and you can move up later.

Is this financial, legal, or medical advice?

No. The book describes systems a household can run. It is not a substitute for a professional who knows your situation, and it makes no prediction about what will happen to you or your money.

Where do the numbers come from?

Public sources, named at the end of each chapter: federal agencies such as the CDC, USDA, FDIC, NIST, and the FCC, and state extension services. Where a figure could not be confirmed, the chapter says so.

What if it isn’t useful to me?

Write within 30 days of buying and you get a refund. No form and no reason needed. A Standing Order can be cancelled at any time from your Whop account, and you keep the files you have downloaded.

Are there reviews?

Not yet. The book is new. Real ones will be added as they arrive, and none will be invented in the meantime.
